I chose John Wright through recommendation. I was told he was honest, trustworthy and good value for money. I have recently had a survey perform by John Wright on a property I am purchasing and I have recieved a excellent service from John from start to finish. John has shown his extensive knowledge of surveying and provided great advice from what types of surveys can be performed and what to look out for in a property of difference ages. The report provided was in great detail and shows that John understands all aspects of any property and the after sales service allowed me to go through the findings with John in greater detail. I would recommend Johnʼs services to anyone wishing to have a survey performed on a property.

I asked John to survey a Grade ll listed former farmhouse which we were buying to use as a guest house. He visited the property within a few days of receiving our instructions and his report was very comprehensive and gave us the courage to go forward with the project. We now look forward to working with John on our future development plans we have for the building.
